I'm Naphtalia Lafontant, founder and managing attorney of NCL Consulting LLC. Since founding the firm in 2021, I've been dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate legal challenges with practical guidance, strategic advocacy, and personalized attention.

From the beginning of my legal career, I knew I wanted to build a practice that combined litigation and business law. I never believed clients should have to choose between an attorney who understands the courtroom and one who understands business. That philosophy continues to shape the way I advise clients today, allowing me to approach legal matters with both strategic insight and practical solutions.
